December Certificants

Note: Renewals are now paperless. APCA no longer accepts mail-in payments for renewal fees. Pay your renewal fee and attest online by logging on to MY APCA

APCA Certificants who earn their first certification during December 1 – 31, 2023 have until February 29, 2024 to pay their annual renewal fee. Each year, APCA assesses Certificants an annual renewal for the upcoming year. Even though you are newly certified, you must pay the renewal fee for the following year in order to maintain Active Status.

If you miss the renewal deadline of February 29, 2024, your certification(s) will be revoked. You then have one opportunity to reinstate your certification(s) by following the Reinstatement Procedure (see below) for December Certificants.

Here are important deadlines and fees for December Certificants.

Once your APCA certifications are renewed by paying the renewal fee and attesting online, you can expect:

  1.  A Certificant identification (ID) card will be sent to you for the renewal year. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your 2024 ID card.

Please note:  An ID card will be issued for Certificants who hold the physician RPVI and RMSK certifications.  An ARDMS ID card will be issued for sonographer-level RDMS, RDCS, RMSKS and RVT certifications.
